- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

- Products with missing original packaging or accessories.

4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Replacement
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
