1. Delivery Locations
Hardware Dukaan currently provides delivery services within Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka only. We do not deliver to pincodes outside Bengaluru at this time.
Please ensure that your delivery address falls within our serviceable area before placing an order.
2. Order Processing and Delivery Time
We offer same-day delivery for eligible orders within our serviceable area, subject to the order time and delivery location.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM: Eligible orders are delivered on the same day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM: Delivery will be scheduled for the next day.
Same-day and next-day delivery timelines are subject to product availability, order confirmation, and delivery location.
3. Express Delivery
For delivery addresses located approximately 10–15 km from our Koramangala location, we aim to deliver orders within 1–4 hours, subject to product availability, order confirmation, and local delivery conditions.
The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the distance, traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Applicable delivery or shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking and Delivery Updates
Customers may receive order confirmation and delivery updates through the contact details provided at checkout. Please ensure that your phone number and email address are accurate.
6. Delivery Attempts
Customers must be available at the provided delivery address to receive their orders. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, delivery may be delayed or rescheduled.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, pincodes, and contact details. Hardware Dukaan is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can assist you.
