Prepare the Surface - For new concrete, allow at least 28 days of curing and ensure moisture content is below 5%. Fill cracks with SmartCare CrackSeal or polymer-modified mortar. For old surfaces, remove loose particles, damaged areas, and previous waterproofing treatment.

Mix the Material - Mix the material slowly until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.

Apply Infinia Primer - Apply one coat of SmartCare Infinia Primer at approximately 100–150 g/sq.m. and allow it to dry for 4–6 hours.

Apply the First Topcoat - Mix the topcoat with a mechanical mixer. Apply the first coat undiluted using a brush or roller at about 500 g/sq.m. Allow it to dry for 8–12 hours.

Apply the Second Coat with Fleece - Apply the second coat with 30% dilution (water) at about 400 g/sq.m. Immediately spread Asian Paints SmartCare Polyester Fleece over the wet coat, remove wrinkles, and impregnate it completely using a roller. Keep around 100 mm overlap at joints and corners.

Apply the Third Coat - Once the second coat with fleece is completely dry, apply the third coat undiluted using a brush or roller in a criss-cross direction, at approximately 500 g/sq.m.
