Cleaning and opening the crack

Cleaning - Open and widen the crack into a V-shaped groove. Clean out all dust and loose particles thoroughly.

Priming the opened crack

Priming - Apply primer inside the opened crack. Use Deco Prime Water Based Primer for interior cracks and Exterior Primer for exterior cracks.

Applying first coat of SmartCare Crack Seal

First Coat of Crack Seal - Apply SmartCare Crack Seal using a putty knife or trowel. Extend it at least 3 cm on either side of the crack for better adhesion.

Applying second coat of SmartCare Crack Seal

Second Coat of Crack Seal - Apply a second coat after 4–6 hours. An additional coat can be applied in areas with severe dampness.

Leveling the repaired wall surface

Level the Surface - Level the repaired wall using Asian Paints Wall Putty to achieve a smooth and even finish.

Applying primer and top coat

Primer & Top Coat - Continue the normal painting process using the appropriate primer and top coat.
