SP-100 Duo Epoxy Grout

Before grouting, remove excess adhesive and loose material from the tile joints.

Clean the tiles with a damp sponge to remove dirt, dust, adhesive and stains.

Pour the full contents of Part A into the Part B pail.

Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly for about 1 minute until a uniform colour is achieved.

Fill the joints with SP-100 DUO Epoxy Grout using a rubber float.

Hold the rubber float perpendicular to the tile and move it diagonally at about 45° to remove excess grout while keeping the joints completely filled.

After about 30–45 minutes, use a clean damp sponge and scrub gently in a circular motion without removing grout from the joints.

Use a clean wet towel to wipe away residue. Rinse the towel frequently in clean water and repeat as needed.

Replace the cleaning water frequently to avoid spreading grout residue back onto the tiles.

After 2–3 hours, if the joints are rough or uneven, smooth them gently using a sponge or gloved finger dipped in shampoo solution.

After approximately 18 hours, clean the tile surface with water and shampoo solution to remove any remaining epoxy haze.
